Tyler Wallace
Owner of Black Bear Drafting, Tyler graduated from the University of Missouri in 2010, where he studied Engineering and Architectural Studies. After a career in Engineering, he transitioned to Residential Home Design in 2017.
Establishing Black Bear Drafting, he began providing house plans to clients and builders across Missouri. Tyler has worked on nearly every type of project imaginable, collaborating with engineers, architects, remodelers, and builders. He has designed tiny houses from shipping containers, to multi million dollar estates, and everything in between.
With a passion for working directly with clients to "get it right," Tyler's attention to detail and ability to interpret client's wishes, offers the perfect blend of listening and advising.
"I really love working with clients to provide a home that fits their needs. It's challenging and very rewarding to be able to figure out what they need, and exceed their expectations."
In his free time, he loves cars, hockey, cooking, hiking, and movies. Tyler resides in Columbia, Missouri with his wife.
